This mixer suitable for high capacity production, continuous working. There are two shaft inside, in order to achieve sufficient contact between the powder and binder, thereby achieving better moulding effect. 

Double shaft mixer machine is used for mixing materials continuously & uniformly. During mixing the materials can be uniformly mixed with binder, after mixer; the blended materials can be continuously sent to the conveyor, transmit to the next equipment.Double paddle shaft mixer/machinery equipment is usually applied to mix coal,concrete,mineral powder,iron powder,oxidation iron,coal slurry,sludge,clay,fly ash,etc,with the good effect on mixing & blending.

2) The rotating speed and structure of the paddle can reduce the gravity of the material, so the difference of granule size and specific gravity is ignored. Vigorous agitation reduce the mixing time and even the granules are different in size and weight, they can still be mixed evenly.

3) The paddle is like fan shape, so increase the contacting size with the material.

4) The longer the mixer, the better mixing it will do.
