1. Installation before high-pressure ball press machine operation

Before installing the ball press machine, the pipeline should be laid in strict accordance with the electrical specifications, and the strong current and weak current signal lines should be isolated and laid to avoid interference. In the open outdoor environment, lightning protection measures should be taken. The ball press machine itself should also maintain a good grounding to prevent static electricity accumulation and other effects on the ball press machine. When installing, the power cord and communication line should be correctly connected. When connecting, refer to the requirements of the installation instructions carefully to confirm the communication method and the corresponding pin definition. The equipment should be installed in the later stage of construction to avoid a large amount of dust from the construction site from invading the ball press machine, which directly affects its use effect and life.

2. High-pressure ball press machine operation procedures

(1) Preparation work before starting the machine: Check whether various control devices are flexible and reliable, and check whether all mechanical parts are normal. Pay attention to whether the screws are loose, because they will vibrate during use, whether the transmission parts are flexible, and whether the hydraulic cylinder T is full before starting the machine. Do not burn the machine due to lack of oil.

(2) Start the machine. Start the ball press → start the belt conveyor. After idling for 3 to 5 minutes, start unloading and put down the distributor.

(3) During the operation of the ball press, always pay attention to whether there are hard foreign objects in the raw materials. If hard foreign objects are found, they should be removed immediately. Check whether there is noise. If the noise is particularly loud, stop the machine for inspection. During the operation, check whether there is heat in some parts, such as the motor. A small hidden fault may cause unpredictable serious consequences.

(4) Whether the operator is focused during work and ensures that all parts and links of the machine are operating normally. Since the mineral powder is hard, the inappropriate size of the grinding particles may cause damage to the roller skin. The operator must control this point in place. The operator must be proficient in the pressure of the ball press, the appropriate amount of raw material supply, and other details. Therefore, good operators are an important part of improving the working efficiency and service life of high-pressure ball presses.
