The briquetting force is quite large. Correspondingly, the core rollers of the machine is made from ally steel which is quenched. The quenched ally steel rollers are hard enough to meet the work requirement.

Mixer machine: There have two purpose: 1.For some materials has no stickness,so for better making briquette, it need add some binder to increase the strength, the mixer machine can make the material and binder totally mix.  2. It can increase the density of material during mixing,it will be easy to make briquette.

3.Mixed materials will transport to briquette making machine by conveyor. The size of briquette can design from 30-60mm,we can also make different shape according to your required.The capacity can process from 1-40 tons per hour.Our standard equipment is equipped with a hydraulic system and safety device. The pressure of our machine is adjustable, normally the working pressure is 40-50 tons.
